Good Energy, one of the UK’s leading renewable energy generators, has been voted best electricity supplier in a customer satisfaction survey conducted by Which?, the independent consumer watchdog.
Which? received responses from almost 8000 energy users across the UK and ranked suppliers according to their customer satisfaction scores. Good Energy topped the list of suppliers which included the ‘Big 6’ and a number of other smaller companies.
Suppliers were rated across all aspects of their business from customer service to phone support and billing.

Personal service and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do and we strive to meet the needs of all our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The survey results are published in the April issue of Which? magazine. The magazine reports: “One impressed customer described Good Energy as ‘brilliant’ – a word we rarely see anywhere near the name of an energy supplier – and said that its communication and customer service was ‘probably second to none in any national business”
